Dieting, The 4 Hour Body....thus far

After trying, what feels like, a billion different diets, I have found something that seems to be working so far. If you aren't familiar with The 4 Hour Body, it is a book by Tim Ferriss. The diet itself is literally an experiment. You eat 4 times a day, every 4 hours, even if you aren't hungry. You must eat veggies, but you must keep it centered around a few different vegetables. Also, you must include beans, chicken and if you eat beef, it must be grass fed/organic. The kicker is that you do not have to count calories or keep track of the amount you eat. You literally eat until you are full and you have to do this every 4 hours, as stated earlier. After 2 weeks I have lost 10 pounds. The real question is, will the weight stay off?
